Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every bottle of Vallee de Galene. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the ship date. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

What Can Be Returned

Unopened bottles in their original, undamaged packaging with seals intact.

Products purchased directly from valleedegalene.com. Items bought from third-party retailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) must be returned through that retailer.

What Cannot Be Returned

Opened bottles — for food-safety and hygiene reasons, opened product is not eligible for return or refund.

Products not purchased directly from valleedegalene.com.

Items damaged by the customer after delivery.

Promotional gifts, free samples, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Email info@valleedegalene.com within 30 days of your ship date with your order number and the reason for return.

We'll reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address (Utah or Florida warehouse, depending on your location).

Pack the unopened bottle securely in a box with adequate padding. Write the RA number clearly on the outside.

Ship the package to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot issue a refund for packages lost in return transit.

Returns received without an RA number will be refused.

Refunds

When refunds are issued

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

What is refunded

Full product price for approved returns.

Original outbound shipping is non-refundable, except where we shipped in error or the order arrived damaged.

A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you would prefer that we email you a prepaid return label rather than purchasing your own.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items — We Pay

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, you do not need to ship anything back.

Email info@valleedegalene.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue (the bottle, the carton, and any leakage).

We'll respond within 1 business day with one of two options at your choice:

A free replacement shipped at our cost, or

A full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping you paid.

No return shipment is required for damaged or incorrect items. Please dispose of the damaged product responsibly.

Lost, Stolen, or Never-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

Check with neighbors and household members and inspect typical delivery locations.

Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number.

If the package is still missing 10 days after the estimated delivery date, email us. We'll work with USPS on a trace and, in most cases, ship a replacement at no cost.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. In those cases, original shipping is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned to us as undeliverable due to a customer-provided error will be refunded for the product cost only. Original outbound shipping and the cost we incur on the return-to-sender shipment ($7–$10) will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been handed to USPS, it must be processed as a return upon receipt.

Order Issues After 30 Days

We're a small, family-run brand and we want you to be happy with our products. If you've discovered a quality issue after the 30-day window, please email us — we review these on a case-by-case basis and will do what's reasonable to make it right.
